The purpose of PQ is to demonstrate
that the LVS-7500 or LVS-7510
performs as intended. Specific
challenges/tests include:
• Business Scenarios:
End-to-end, full cycle
• Performance: Stress, volume,

1. 条码验证(1D和2D条码分级) - 对1D和2D条码的任意组合进行检查,并根据国际公认标准对它们进行分级。软件会显示表示总体ISO等级的实时图像,以便于操作员查看先前检验的数百个标签的打印质量趋势。一旦检测到错误,图像的颜色就会变化。也可以通过停止打印机运行、灯组、警报等来表示错误警告。
2. 条码确认(1D和2D条码读取) - 对条码进行检验,确定其是否可读。不会按照任何标准对条码进行分级。
3. Master与标签比较(污损检测) - 识别印刷错误,比如倾斜、污迹、登记错误、裁切错误和信息缺失等。其中的可变数据功能可以在模式匹配区域内识别出预期变量,而不会将数据报告为污迹。而可变灵敏度设置则有助于对每个标签区域进行检验。
4.光学字符识别 (OCR) - “读取”字符并报告数据内容。
5. 光学字符验证 (OCV) - 确保读取连续的字符串和/或针对已知区域或数据库进行验证。
6. 数字检验 – 对任意数字序列的顺序进行验证,检测重复数字和顺序错误,将可变数字与外部数据文件进行匹配
7. 日期和代码匹配 – 对经过编码的数据进行验证(这些数据表示可人工读取的信息),并确保标签内多个区域的一致性。
